RENTER INFORMATION

Important Renter Information

• COVID 19 Protocol:  Renters are expected to continue to bring their own bedding, towels and pillows.
• Check in at 3 p.m. – Check out 10 a.m.
• Extra BBQ propane tanks are ready for exchange and available near the electrical shed behind the main cottage.
• Large garbage and recycling bins are located by the tree in the parking area.
• 2 Blue boxes are located outside each cottage. Use one blue box for recyclables and the other for empties.  Do not dump empties into the bins in the parking area.
• Garbage/recycling pickup is every Monday morning.
• Refrain from throwing cigarette butts in the sand or anywhere on our property as they do not break down and are therefore not environmentally friendly.
• Fire pit area can be used by all renters. Wood is available.
