PRICE LIST, CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION POLICIES
Rental Information – Summer rates apply from the last week of June until the end of Labour Day weekend. Rental during the summer season is by the week only (Saturday to Saturday). Check in at 3 p.m. – Check out 10 a.m. Anyone renting the week which ends on the Labour Day weekend can rent the additional days of Labour Day weekend at the off season nightly rate.
Deposit & Reservation Policy – Deposits must be made to secure your cottage rental.
- All reservations require a 50% deposit.
- Reservations made for July and August need deposits made by Feb. 15
- All other deposits are required when the reservation is booked.
- A deposit must be made to secure a booking.
- All funds must be paid at least 48 hr. prior to arrival for your stay.
When your deposit is received it will be deducted from your total amount owing. All prices are in Canadian currency.

1. Funds should be paid by e-transfer to 2beachfront@gmail.com
In the comments area please add specific information such as name of renter if different than the person sending funds, cottage name and reservation date.

Cancellation Policy:
- If a reservation is cancelled up to 7 days before the reservation commences the deposit will be refunded less $100 administration fee.
- If a cancellation is made less than 7 days before the reservation any funds received will not be refunded.
- A cancellation must be made via email with confirmation from owner.
