COTTAGE # 1 – SUNRISE

This lakefront cottage has an amazing view of the lake and the beach now that a new large window has been added. There are 2 ceiling fans to take advantage of the breezes coming off of the lake. It has a large open concept kitchen and living area which is furnished with fine leather furniture. Spectacular sunsets can be seen from the patio out front.

RATES – COTTAGE 1 – SUNRISE:

    • PRIME SEASON RATE – from the last week of June until the end of Labour Day Weekend. Weekly Rate: $1950.00
      NOTE: Weekly rate includes MAT (4%) and HST (13%).
    • OFF SEASON RATE – Nightly Rate includes MAT (4%) and HST (13%):  $300.00 (Minimum 2 night stay)

    Prices are subject to change without notification.

* MAT = Municipal Accommodation Tax (New) (4%):  In accordance with Provincial Legislation, the Corporation of the Municipality of Lambton Shores has approved the adoption of a mandatory Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT).

The revenues from this tax will be reinvested in tourism projects and initiatives that support tourism in Lambton Shores through enhanced promotion and improved tourism related infrastructure. Effective January 1, 2026 Ipperwash Beach Lakefront Cottages is required to charge the Municipal Accommodation Tax of 4% on the room rate for your stay. These fees are mandatory as per Municipal Bylaw 45-2025.
