This lakefront cottage has a wonderful view of the beachfront since a new and larger window has been installed. This cottage has just been freshly painted and updated with new flooring. Enjoy the fabulous view and stay cool under the shade of the beautiful large Manitoba Maple tree out front. On a rainy cool day enjoy the large flatscreen TV.

RATES – COTTAGE 2 – SUNSET:

PRIME SEASON RATE – from the last week of June until the end of Labour Day Weekend. Weekly Rate: $1950.00
NOTE: Weekly rate includes MAT (4%) and HST (13%).

OFF SEASON RATE – Nightly Rate includes MAT (4%) and HST (13%): $300.00 (Minimum 2 night stay)

The revenues from this tax will be reinvested in tourism projects and initiatives that support tourism in Lambton Shores through enhanced promotion and improved tourism related infrastructure. Effective January 1, 2026 Ipperwash Beach Lakefront Cottages is required to charge the Municipal Accommodation Tax of 4% on the room rate for your stay. These fees are mandatory as per Municipal Bylaw 45-2025.
