This cottage is nestled in behind the large central cottage and is only steps away from the beach. This cottage has;
- a cozy covered porch
- 2 double bedrooms and a pullout couch in the living area
- a deck at the end of the cottage with patio chairs and a table. As well it has a picnic table.

RATES – COTTAGE 4 – DRIFTWOOD:
- PRIME SEASON RATE – from the last week of June until the end of Labour Day Weekend. Weekly Rate: $1700.00
NOTE: Weekly rate includes MAT (4%) and HST (13%).
- OFF SEASON RATE – Nightly Rate includes MAT (4%) and HST (13%) : $270.00 (Minimum 2 night stay)

The revenues from this tax will be reinvested in tourism projects and initiatives that support tourism in Lambton Shores through enhanced promotion and improved tourism related infrastructure. Effective January 1, 2026 Ipperwash Beach Lakefront Cottages is required to charge the Municipal Accommodation Tax of 4% on the room rate for your stay. These fees are mandatory as per Municipal Bylaw 45-2025.
