With a wonderful view of the lake this unique and cozy queen one bedroom cottage is adjoined to the large main cottage (Sandcastle 6b – only available in the off season).  Recently renovated, it is perfect for one or two people.

THIS COTTAGE HAS:

  • a deck and patio area with chairs and a small table.
  • sleeps 2

RATES – COTTAGE 6a – MINNOW:

  • PRIME SEASON RATE – from the last week of June until the end of Labour Day Weekend. Weekly Rate: $1700.00
    NOTE: Weekly rate includes MAT (4%) and HST (13%).
  • OFF SEASON RATE – Nightly Rate includes MAT (4%) and HST (13%):  $270.00 (Minimum 2 night stay)

* MAT = Municipal Accommodation Tax (New) (4%):  In accordance with Provincial Legislation, the Corporation of the Municipality of Lambton Shores has approved the adoption of a mandatory Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT).

The revenues from this tax will be reinvested in tourism projects and initiatives that support tourism in Lambton Shores through enhanced promotion and improved tourism related infrastructure. Effective January 1, 2026 Ipperwash Beach Lakefront Cottages is required to charge the Municipal Accommodation Tax of 4% on the room rate for your stay. These fees are mandatory as per Municipal Bylaw 45-2025.
